Acceptible Use Policy for On-line Classified Ads
Effective July 1, 2005.
The user expressly agrees to abide by the Acceptible Use Policy of the on-line classified ad system provided by Kuentos Communications ("Kuentos"). Users understands that by registering with this service does not guarantee the user's registration will be approved or service provided to the user and that Kuentos reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Acceptible Use Policy Change Notice:
Users understands that these terms and conditions may change from time to time and that the current terms and conditions will be available on-line at this website.
ITEMS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR POSTING:
WEAPONS, GUNS, EXPLOSIVES, DRUGS, ALCOHOL, ITEMS/SERVICES PROHIBITED TO MINORS, ADVERTISMENT OF OTHER WEBSITES, OR ANY ITEMS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Automated Posting:
Automated posting is not allowed. No bots, scripts, programs are allowed to post on this service. Any such post will be deleted and the offending machine will be banned from posting in the future.
Ad life:
The Ad life of any post is 2 weeks. There is a 4 day grace period after the expiration date to repost the same ad. After the grace period the expired ad will be deleted.
Indemnification:
User agrees to use Kuentos at user's own risk, and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Kuentos, MCV, and their officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any and all actions, costs, claims, losses, expenses, and/or damages, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or, in any way related or incidental to the services provided to user by Kuentos or MCV or user's use of Kuentos equipment and services.
NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY:
KUENTOS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN REGARD TO SUPPLIES AND SERVICES PROVIDED PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT KUENTOS PROVIDES SUBSCRIBER WITH EQUIPMENT IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SERVICES, THESE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
Limitation of Liability:
Kuentos shall have no liability for failure of any product or service it provides, whether through negligence or otherwise. Kuentos specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through use of this on-line classified ad system. Kuentos shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature including, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits or other economic loss in connection with, or arising out of users's use of any equipment or services provided by Kuentos or MCV.
Privacy Policy:
Kuentos collects and maintains personal identifying information concerning user. Information is used solely for normal business purposes of offering and rendering cable television and Internet service. Kuentos shall not release personal identifying information, unless Kuentos is required to do so by law.
