On May 26, 2000, CARLO GARCIA CARINO, a journalist and graphic artist, married JUVY ABLAN GAO-AY, a middle school teacher, at Our Lady of Lourdes church in Yigo.

The 3 p.m. ceremony on a Friday was attended by close friends and family, and officiated by Father Jeff San Nicolas. 

The entourage included Maid-of-honor Grace Galura and seven bridesmaids. Best Man  

Richard Diaz and seven groomsmen also walked down the aisle. See more pictures of the ceremony.

Juvy and Carlo then celebrated their reception at the Pacific Star Hotel's Chamorro Ballroomwith about 250 of their friends and family.

Entertainment included a pre-wedding video. Guest were also entertained by local dances from Inarajan Middle School students and by the magic of John Blaz. Find out more about the reception.
