Please note if you send regular mail that we are in the U.S. Postal domestic zone (NOT international). That means that you use a regular first class stamp for mailing letters and domestic parcel post or priority mail rates. We are in zone 8 (the farthest, of course) from any location in the states themselves, including Hawaii. We have truck delivery every day about 11 am. This includes mail for our short-term missionaries so if you are a relative, friend or supporter, please keep that in mind.

Contact us by voice phone at (671) 472-1265 or -1266 (these are the Hagatna store phone numbers). Fax us at (671) 472-1267. PLEASE NOTE: We are in U.S./Canada domestic calling zone. From the states or Canada, we are NOT international. Some people have been frustrated when they try to put the international calling code in front of the number, but that will not work. Besides, it is much cheaper to call domestic rather than international. Rates are about the same as from Chicago to Los Angeles.

Please also remember that we are 15 hours AHEAD of Eastern Standard Time, 16 hours AHEAD of Central Standard Time, and so on. Daylinght Savings Time reduces our lead by one hour (14 hours for EDT, 15 for CDT, and so on). We deliberately do not have an answering machine on our phone so people will not be paying for useless calls.
