The Arrow Archer is the newsletter of Arrow, Incorporated, a nongovernmental organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with HIV and people with AIDS and to stopping the spread of HIV in the Territory of Guam. Arrow is a member of the National Minority AIDS Council.
Arrow was approved for tax exemption, Tax exempt # 91-38 and has received a Certificate of Tax Exemption #651, dated 1/7/92.
