U.S. Distict Court Donates In early March Arrow was both pleased and surprised to receive a cash donation from the U.S. District Court. According to the Pacific Daily News, the funds had been deposited to the court in various ways. Instead of sending the money stateside, District Judge John Unpingco chose to keep the money here on Guam and give it to needy organizations like Arrow. Arrow, and other organizations which applied for the funds, were selected from among 10~3 charitable, ser vice or educational organizations to receive the donations. For the last two years, Arrow has spent more than it took in. so the Court's donation came just in time to help Ar row to produce this issue. Arrow would like the public to know that voluntary financial support to Arrow is a major source of our funds. Thank you, District Court, for your generous gift.
