Palao'an Plus Palao'an Plus, Guam's local support group for women living with HIV/AIDS, held their first meeting with just four women on February 21st. Just being able to taIk about common experiences, feelings, frustrations was a novelty that forged a bond of friendship. It was also the first time for some of the women to actually meet another positive woman. Palao'an Plus has decided to meet once a month and their next meeting is scheduled for March 21st at 6:00pm. All women living with HIV/AIDS are urged to attend. Meetings are held privately and are run by and for positive women. Confidentiality is a must.
