The Guam Runner's Training Log TM



The front cover of the 2001 log is a beautiful photo taken at Ritidian Point on the path which runs through the jungle parallel to the beach. The 2002 cover is under wraps!!!

The 2002 Edition of The Guam Runner's Training Log TM is now available for ordering. The Log first went public last year in 2000. The 2001 edition was been improved to include brief thoughtful vignettes and anecdotes from the various races offered by the Guam Running Club throughout the year. The 2001 edition will have even more stories, anecdotes and reflections to motivate your running routine.

The Log itself is not an official product of the Guam Running Club and no profits from the Log go to anyone but the author (the profit margin is small, believe me!).

Not every runner even bothers with keeping a log, but if you are among the chosen few, the compulsive, the proud, then The Guam Runner's Training Log is for you.

 You needn't live on Guam to use this Log. One of the changes in this year's edition was the removal of the races from the daily record/journal to a separate page in the back of the log. The daily pages for recording your training are completely clear of local stuff, so you can use this log anywhere in the world. But as you read about our races, you will wish you were on Guam.
   Log Price - $10.00 each
Price was slightly increased because of higher production costs.
