A mailing list hosted by FindMail

When you use the form above to subscribe to DX-LIST, you will receive a verification email message from the list server. The email will contain instructions on how to verify the fact that you do indeed want to subscribe.

You can also subscribe to DX-LIST by sending a blank email message to:

dx-list-subscribe@egroups.com

The verification process involves replying to a long email address contained in the message you receive from the server, or by simply going to a web address provided in the email with a browser. We have noticed some email programs don't support the long reply address. If you are having problems subscribing to DX-LIST, please send an email message to KH2D and I will be happy to help you get signed up.

HOW TO SEND A MESSAGE TO DX-LIST

Once you are subscribed, you may send messages to DX-LIST by simply addressing them to:

dx-list@egroups.com

Messages sent to the list are usually distributed to all subscribers in a few minutes.

HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE

To unsubscribe from DX-LIST, send a blank email message to:

dx-list-unsubscribe@egroups.com

The server will send you a GOODBYE message to let you know you were unsubscribed.

A FEW NOTES

The server running DX-LIST is different from the 'majordomo' format and it does not support commands such as 'WHO' and 'DIGEST'.

Note on email addresses: Many people have more than one email address (I do myself). The list server recognizes you by the email address you used when you subscribed to the list. So if you subscribe, for example, as:

JIM@HOME.COM

and from your office computer your email address is:

JIM@WORK.COM

you will not be able to send email to the list from work as the server won't recognize you as a subscriber. The email program you use to send messages to the server must be configured with the email address you used when you subscribed.

If you have any questions about DX-LIST, please email me and I will be happy to try and help.
