What is RAG:
It is a non-profit, environmental community educational/service organization on Guam formed in Sep 1988 by Scott & Barbara Kelly. Membership is open to all residents. The objective is to promote awareness that there are alternatives for managing our waste. We emphasis RRRC: Reuse, Reduce, Recycle, and Compost. Another effort is to educate residents through public speaking to groups, clubs, and school students. Education is also provided through our library of magazines, newspaper articles, video tapes, and a composting demonstration.
