Assistant Principal - Curriculum/Business

Mr. Ken Denusta is happy with his new assignment at Sanchez, even though he had worked at JFK for fourteen years. The Assistant Principal for Curriculum for Special Education and LOTE, accreditation, and business, Denusta has been an administrator for five years. Although he deplores the sometimes inefficient intercom system at Sanchez, he applauds its respectful and (in general) cooperative students. "Compared to JFK, Sanchez kids are more disciplined." He intends to focus on a follow-up from the last accreditation visit and on bringing the school into compliance with its Special Ed and LOTE curricula this year. "I'm open-minded, very subjective. It's sort of (like) bittersweet thinking. It's sad to know I'm leaving the people I've worked with for so long, but I'm glad to look forward to new challenges. I've come to terms with it."
